SECTION 3 – ORDERS
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Nordvision-Studio reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not deemed accepted until confirmed by Nordvision-Studio. Acceptance of your order is contingent upon receipt and processing of your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Nordvision-Studio may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.
Returns or exchanges of your purchases are handled exclusively in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, stated prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import fees.
Prices displayed in our online shops may differ from prices in brick-and-mortar stores or in online shops or other stores operated by third parties. SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once we have handed over the products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

trademarks, texts, displays, images, graphics, product reviews,
video and audio files, as well as their design, selection, and arrangement, are
the property of Nordvision-Studio, its affiliates, or licensors and are
protected by German and European copyright, trademark, and other
intellectual property laws.
These Terms and Conditions permit you to use the
Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Without
our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create
derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish,
download, store, or transmit any material from the Services. Except as
expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms and Conditions
grants you any license or other rights to any patents,
trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property of Nordvision-Studio,
Shopify, or third parties, nor can any such grant be implied from these

violation of the German Copyright Act (UrhG), Trademark Act (MarkenG),
and other applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted herein
are reserved by Nordvision-Studio.

Nordvision-Studio are trademarks of Nordvision-Studio or its affiliates
or licensors. You may not use these marks without the prior
written permission of Nordvision-Studio. The name, logo,
product and service names, designs, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks
of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs,
and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third-party providers as part of the Services that we neither monitor nor have any control or input over.

Nordvision-Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make in our shop are entered into directly with Nordvision-Studio. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and Nordvision-Studio, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products and services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all liability for all claims, damages, and obligations arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with Nordvision-Studio.

For consumers, statutory warranty rights apply pursuant to the
provisions of the German Civil Code (§§ 434 et seq. BGB). If the
delivered goods are defective, you may, within the scope of statutory
provisions, demand supplementary performance, withdraw from the contract, reduce the purchase price,
or claim damages.
The general information presented in or via the Services
(e.g. product descriptions, editorial content) serves general
informational purposes only. We provide no guarantee as to its
accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, to the extent permitted by law.
This does not affect statutory liability for defects in purchased products.
Because our products are individually produced using print-on-demand methods,
minor variations in color, texture, or image cropping may occur
compared to the online presentation. This does not constitute a defect,
provided the variation falls within customary commercial tolerances and the
goods are not impaired in their suitability for the agreed use.
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life,
body, or health caused by an intentional or negligent
breach of duty, as well as for other damages caused by an
intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by us, our
legal representatives, or vicarious agents. We are likewise liable
without limitation under any guarantee assumed by us as well as under the
provisions of the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation
(cardinal duty), the fulfillment of which is essential to the proper performance of the
contract in the first place and on the observance of which you may reasonably
rely, our liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage
at the time of entering into the contract.
In all other respects, liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is
excluded.
The foregoing limitations of liability also apply to the benefit of our
employees, representatives, and vicarious agents, as well as to Shopify
and its affiliates, to the extent that claims are asserted directly against them.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nordvision-Studio, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to third parties, arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced thereby. We may direct the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including the selection of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You agree to cooperate in the defense of any indemnification claims, including by providing relevant documents.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).

We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice to you.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the
UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer with your habitual
residence in another EU member state, mandatory
consumer protection provisions of that state remain unaffected by this
choice of law.
If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a
special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction
for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is the registered office of
Nordvision-Studio in Hamburg. For consumers, statutory
places of jurisdiction apply.
