Nordvision & Gräfenhaus GbR (Hamburg, Germany) uses an internal tool called "Post-IT!" to publish images of its own products (www.nordvision-studio.com) as Pins on its own Pinterest business account, and as posts on its own Instagram business account. The tool is used only by the two business partners. It is not offered to the public, and no Pinterest user other than the account owner signs in to it.
- What we access: after the account owner approves the Pinterest authorization screen (OAuth), we can read the Pinterest username and account ID and the list of boards, create boards, and create Pins. Scopes: user_accounts:read, boards:read, boards:write, pins:read, pins:write (Pinterest requires pins:read together with pins:write to create a Pin).
- What we store: only the account ID, the username, the ID and name of the selected board, and the OAuth access and refresh tokens. We do not store or read other Pinterest users' data, followers, or any Pinterest content other than the Pins we create ourselves.
- Why: only to publish the owner's own Pins at the time the owner chooses. Every Pin is individually selected and scheduled by one of the two partners; there is no automatic or bulk posting.
- Where and how: in a private database (Supabase, EU) that only the operators can reach; tokens are accessible only to the server component of the tool and are never shown, shared, or sold. We do not use Pinterest data to train AI or machine learning models.
- Control and deletion: the owner can disconnect Pinterest at any time with the "Trennen" button in the tool, which deletes the stored token and account link immediately. The authorization can also be revoked in the Pinterest settings. For other requests write to info@nordvision-studio.com.

PinterestおよびInstagramの利用目的
当社は社内ツールを使用し、自社製品の画像を自社のPinterestおよびInstagramのビジネスアカウントに投稿しています。このツールを使用するのは共同事業者2名のみです。当ウェブサイトの訪問者やお客様には影響がなく、お客様のデータがこの目的で使用されたり、PinterestやMetaに送信されたりすることは一切ありません。
PinterestおよびMetaから取得・保存するデータ
- 連携されたビジネスアカウントのアカウントIDおよびユーザー名
- 投稿先となるボードの名前およびID（Instagramの場合は連携アカウントのID）
- お客様（アカウント所有者）の同意後にPinterestまたはMetaから発行される技術的なアクセスキー（トークン）
当社は他のユーザーのデータ、フォロワーリスト、第三者のコンテンツを閲覧・保存することはありません。当社がPinterestに要求するアクセス権限：アカウントの読み取り、ボードの読み取りおよび作成、ピンの読み取りおよび作成（Pinterestでは、ピンを作成するためにピンの読み取り権限も同時に必要とされます）。
目的および法的根拠
これらのデータは、当社が指定した日時に自社の投稿を公開する目的でのみ使用されます（DSGVO 第6条第1項(f)、自社製品の宣伝における正当な利益に基づく）。すべての投稿は共同事業者のいずれかが個別に選定し、スケジュールを設定しています。当社がこれらのデータを第三者に販売または共有することや、AIまたは機械学習モデルのトレーニングに使用することはありません。
保管場所と保護体制
データは非公開のデータベース（Supabase、EU圏内のデータセンター）に保管されています。アクセスキーはツールのサーバーコンポーネントのみが読み取り可能であり、外部に表示されることはありません。ツールへのアクセス権は共同事業者に限定されています。
削除および取り消し
